Kalea took a step further into the forest and yawned. "Dude, we've been waiting here for a while. Let's just go wherever we're going. They can follow a trail or something and catch up."

Kyle followed Brittany deeper into the forest. There was really no point in standing in the same spot forever. And he was curious to see what was out here. It would be usefull to know if he planned on staying for any length of time.

Seth rolled his eyes at the witch's inconsistency, but followed anyways. She was going to have things her way whether he followed willingly or not, so best not to struggle and save one's strength for the trail.

The cat watched as more humans gathered and then left. He crept along the trail behind them. He would find out what these sneaky humans were up to and why they were on his territory.

Shawn stumbled through the forest, finally catching up. "Hey," he hollered boisterously, "I finally caught up!" He ran up to the group walking right in between Kal and Cody. "What's up?" he asked, unaware of breaking the moment.

Oh great. They did decide to follow, Seth thought as Shawn loudly fell in step beside the group. "Exploring. What did you think would be 'up'?" Seth grumbled. He wasn't actually as annoyed by the whole thing as he seemed. It was actually quite nice. Sort of...fun. Not that he'd ever admit that.

Kalea was about to respond to Cody when Shawn came in. Which made her forget what she was going to say, and the whole fact that she was going to say something. Kalea raised her eyebrows and tried to hide that she was disgusted by the idea. "Dude. I thought that when you find a dead body, you're, like, automatically the prime suspect, or something like that, for murder...?" Or at least, that's what it seemed like in those mystery books she had to read at school.

"I dunno." Kyle interjected, "I guess it depends on if you turn it into the police or no not. No guilty person would turn in a body to the police." At least he was pretty sure about this. Criminals could be awfully tricky.
