Oliver wasn't paying attention. "Who, me? Marine Bio. It's way harder than it sounds. What about y-" He was going to ask Aiesha what her major was, but he wasn't sure if she was going to college. "So, what were you doing in life before you got to this place?"
((I was gonna do a UN thing during summer but I was forced into a boot camp OTL))

"I was in college. Graduated an art major. Mostly I like photography. Which reminds me..." Aiesha pulled out a nice looking digital camera from some pocket in her skirt that was hidden by the folds. "Do you mind if I take a picture with you? I want to document this 'adventure'." She grinned at him hopefully.
((Ya know, hopefully is the most misused word in the English language.
It's going to be sooo cool. I'm excited for our first confrence! >W<))

"No, I don't mind." Oliver didn't bother posing from fear of looking like a FOB.

"Great!" Aiesha leaned in close so that they'd both be in the picture. With the camera held out and facing them, she held down the button. A bright flash went off, temporarily filling the room with pure white. The camera buzzed as the flash reloaded. Aiesha moved away from Oliver and looked at the picture. She giggle, "It looks great. See?" She showed him the screen with the just taken photo displayed on it.

Riv walked in and handed a brownie to Lily, "Here!"

"Oh, Thank you!" Lily said, taking the Brownie from Riv. She was suprised that he had left just to get brownies. "So. What's for lunch in the cafeteria, anyways?"

"Hmm." Oliver wasn't smiling very much, but it was still a great photo. "Wow, you take pictures a lot better than I do. Whenever I try that, people's heads don't appear on the screen."
((lol he has the same picture-taking problem that my grandma has))

"I just have a lot of practice. Aiming a camera correctly without looking through the lense is really difficult." She powered the camera off and stashed it back in her pocket. She rested her arms on her legs and leaned forward. Her leg began to shake up and down, a tell tale sign that she was either hyper, excited, or bored. She codn't tell which it was at the moment. "Besides bio, what kind of stuff do you like? Favorite book, TV show, et cetera."

((Which is good, because this place was seriously lacking in normal people.))

(((PFFFFHHHH YOU CONSIDER ANGRY ASIAN NORMAL, EH)))Oliver shrugged. "I don't really have a favorite book or genre. As for TV shows, I use YouTube, Joost, and Glumbert and stuff a lot more than watching television." He didn't admit to watching Asian dramas on TV sometimes. ((speaking of Asian dramas... PEACY OUTU lol ...maybe Divorce counts as an Asian drama too. because our cast consists of 3 Azns and a Pineapple. XD))

"Ah." Aiesha watched youtube all the time, but she'd never heard of the other two. "Have you watched the Stupid Mario Brothers on youtube?"

"Hmm... I think I have..." There were too many Super Mario Brothers spoofs on YouTube that Oliver forgot which was which.

"Oh, you'd know if you'd seen them. They're hard to forget." Aisha leaned back. Why was it always so hard to keep still? "I'll show you sometime. It's the best. You've seen Kelly, right?"
