DAY 2-[[Enjoying The View]]

Sitting gently on the rim of the fountain, Shirley murmured to her cat; "Nice place, huh, Moofy?" The small gray cat meowed happily in reply.

Petting Moofy, the brunette looked around at her surroundings. Beautiful, young trees seemed to be everywhere. The soft hum of the fountain behind her made her and Moofy instantly calm. And, best of all, the sun was high in the sky and the weather was warm--perfect for Shirley's mood.

Although, despite the beauty and soothingness of the place, she also noticed that was the only one on the fountain. A few other people were scattered on some concrete benches, doing this and that. She breifly considered conversing with the other people, as she was feeling a tad lonely, but decided against it. Who knows, maybe someone would be friendly and introduce themselves?

At the top of the main page there is a news fader. In the news fader we display the day, current time, and current weather in the roleplay. The whole site is one big roleplay. The site is divided up into areas. Your character can only interact with other characters in the area, though you can OOC anywhere you feel the need to.

So, if someone posted in the cafeteria in one thread, and someonein another, they'd still be in the same place. Each thread is like a seperate 'event', so to speak. So in the cafeteria you could make different threads for different tables. Or in the courtyard for different conversations and groups. Or in your room for different times. Get it? Everyone's in the same roleplay.))

Seth appraoched the odd looking girl, looking quite annoyed with the entire world. "Good day." he started, "I've been ordered to fetch you."

Looking at the new figure, Shirley was quite confused. Sent to fetch me? She opened her mouth to refuse, but then thought better of it when she realized that this man looked quite annoyed--she dodn't want to accidentaly anger someone.

"O...kay." She stood up from the fountain, ready to follow this person, whoever he was.

"Right, follow me." Seth started back to the new 'Captain', not even checking to make sure the new girl was following him.

Nodding in response, Shirley started off after him. She had to slightly jog to keep up with him, noticing with slight annoyance that he didn't even bother to slow his pace or even acknowledge her. Still, she pushed away these irritable thoughts and focused on following the guy.
