The squirrles... Kyle flashed an apprehensive look towards the forest. When Dean called for a line up Kyle shouted, "Right!" and fell in where he assumed to be the middle. If he was wrong about his rank, people would just go around him, he figured.

Seth folded his arms across his chest and scoffed at those silly children. He didn't budge. What did they think they were? Royal Marines? And on top of that, they had the ranks all wrong. In the Marines, Captain was rather low. And as far as he knew, pirates did not line up by rank or do anything orderly at all.

Cody shrugged in response to the orders. "Sure, kid. I have a wicked backhand. Where do you want me to go?" He wasn't exactly sure what the piratey dude meant by rank. He stood next to the formal guy and copied his mean pose. After a second, he decided it just wasn't Charlie and unfolded his arms. "Hey man, what's with the long face?" What did that mean? His face wasn't paricularly long or anything. I guess it's just a phrase.
((Cody is the part of my brain that stays up late. ARGH.))

Bonnie stopped staring at Kyle, but said, "Hi, I'm Bonnie I don't really want to go exploring so do you mind if you let me go to the library, I mean, I am going to the library..." Bonnie smiled and hugged him. Bonnie started to walk towards the library, then when noone looked she smiled and looked down at Kyles key she took.

Cody watched the twitchy witchy girl leave, mildly interested.
Then he turned back to the "bino". "Yeah, sure is. You better ask her out or something before someone else does." The "me" was implied. "What about that witch girl? How old do you think she is, anyway? Or that chick at the front desk? This place is full of attractive women, huh?"

"Yeah." Kyle was a bit put off by the over confidence that resonated from Cody. "She's gotta be at least 18 is she works here, which she does. The only problem with asking a girl here out is where do you ask them out to. This place is like... That one place. There was a story about it. Oh, right! It's like Kingdom Come: there's only an in. I know a couple people left, but... I dunno man." Kyle put his hands on his hips, looked down, and shook his head. He kicked at a rock on the ground, then looked back up. "Wait." he began quizically, "You mean Lily, the receptionist?"
