DAY 2-[[Looking for people]]

[Shawn Blackwell]

"You mean like a reset button?" Shawn said through a mouthful of sandwich, "Like in video games? Damn, I wish I had one!"

Shirley grinned at this. "Yeah. If only I could have super powers, too. That would be nice. " She finished off the last of her sandwich in one bite.

[Kyle Davis]

Super powers? That would be nice. Kyle imagined what it would be like to fly and shoot lasors out of his eyes. A wide grin stretched across his face and he took another bite of his sandwhich.

Shirley thought more about these super powers. "Hey...wouldn't it be cool if we could fly? I mean, wow...we could see the whole world, if we could fly above it!" She blinked thoughtfully. "Of course, that's assuming we don't suffocate in the vaccum of space."

(Mwaha.)

[Brittany Angel]

Brittany ate her sandwich in silence, wishing she had some nettle wine to wash it down with. Heh. Her foolish Mundane crew were talking about "super powers" like they were some unatainable dreams. She chuckled into her food.

[Charlie Taylor]

"I would have pyrokenesis." Cody said, not bothering to explain what that meant. Watch it, Charlie, better not screw it up this time. Remember the last time you tolld someone? Lay low. He turned his attention back to his lunch. "Man, I could eat, like, eighty of these."

Shirley looked at Charlie admiringly. "Pyrokenisis? That sounds awesome...like, you could light your enemies' hair on fire!" She giggled to herself.

[Seth Heidrick]

Seth agreed with Brittany on one thing: talking about having super powers was rediculous. However, he just found the concept as a whole rediculous. People couldn't fly without airplanes, light eachother on fire without matches, be invisable with camoflage and decent coverage. "Silly lot." he commented.

[Kalea Baker]

"Yay! Finally!! Thank you so much!!!" Kal said with an big grin after Cody handed her the sandwich. She stuffed it in her mouth. After hearing about Pyrokinesis, Kalea put both her hands over her stuffed mouth. "'Ywroferefif? 'Fyro' merfsh Gree fer 'fiwer' an 'kinefef' merfsh 'moomen' shwro iw ish mooin fiwer?", she asked with both hands covering her sandwich-filled mouth. She struggled to swallow it.

[Kyle Davis]

Kyle looked at Shirley again when she mentioned flying nearly right as he thought it. He put it off, once again, as coincidence.

Amazingly, he understood Kal's question. "I guess he, like, spontaneously combusts and walks around on fire? Like that Fantastic Four guy. The Torch or something like that."

"Mmhmm. That would be epic." She agreed. "But what about, instead of making things spontaniously combust, make them spontaniously freeze?" Shirley thought about this for a moment. "Epic."

[Kalea Baker]

Kalea nodded at Kyle, glad that he understood what she was saying. She finished swallowing her sandwich. "Like Frozone from the Incredibles? That would be pretty awesome too, but, dude, I think we should introduce ourselves first. I seriously don't know half your names."

"Oh!" She jumped up and turned to Kalea. "I'm Shirley! Nice to meet you!" She smiled and held out her hand.

Kyle swallowed a bite of sandwhich. "I'm Kyle. Dunno who knows that already."

[Charlie Taylor]

"I'm Cody. And, y'know, pyrokenesis means being able to start fires with your mind... but I wouldn't really want that..." He finished his first sandwich.
