((Weird words again. I love you Declaration poem, by the way.))
Aiesha set her book in her lap with a huff. "I'm bored." she announced quietly to no one in particular. It's not that it wasn't a good book; she just wasn't in the mood for reading.

Victoria had to agree with Aiesha. She was growing tired of the novel as well. Not that it wasn't good, because it certainly was. She was just...oh no. She memorized the page number and closed the book, picking it up to take back to the librarian. "Thank you very much, I have...something important I forgot this morning. It needs to be taken care of immediately or...well, anyway, thanks. I'll finish this later." She handed Thomas the book with a nervous smile and hurried out of the building, in a rush to get to her dorm room. ((You know what she forgot OHOHO, SECRETS.))

Thomas watched the albino girl scurry off with a look of confusion. He thoguht about it, and reflected that it must be important, but not life threatening. Maybe she started her period. He read about that. He replaced the book in its stack and stretched. This job was taking longer than he had guessed. There were a lot of books.

((He lives through books, dun cha know.))
The library was the closest place to the cafeteria, so it made sense to start there. Daniel hadn't really been in the library, at least not since they put the shelves in. So this was all new. He surveyed the area, suprised to find people there. There were so many teenagers here, he doubted any of them would read. No, he wasn't prejudiced at all.
He could name almost all the people in the room, almost. And, of course, Jacques was there. They seemed to be ending up in the same place quite often. He wondered why, but decided it was coincidence. Because who believed in predetermination? And who would count this as something based on that even if they did. He stood in front of Jacques and looked down at him. "Am I paying you to read?" he asked. It was the only thing that came to mind to say.
((Bleehhhh. So, I'm officially stalking you. Because I can.))

((He learned about cowboys through Brokeback Mountain, so his view is very warped.
Actually, that's not true, but it was plausible.))

((*is now officially dead* Also, Thomas: Don't worry. We are the same. I learn about everything through books. ...And fanfictions, but that's not the point.))
Jacques was about to remark that he wasn't tired of his book, when suddenly Herr Remmington came in. He considered finding a place to hide and hiding with due expediency, but too late. "..." he said with some amount of eloquence. "No?"
((Jacques is a cowboy))

((Thomas: *pulls an unabridged dictionary out of nowhere*))
"No." Daniel repeated, though he wasn't sure where to go from there, so he dropped that topic. He decided instead to see what Jacques was reading. "Harry Potter?" he asked, crossing his arms.
((I lol'd at that. And almost responded, but refrained. XD))

((*totally tackles Thomas*))
Jacques couldn't seem to talk in anything but one word sentences at the moment, because he just said: "Yes." and inclined the cover towards his boss' face.
((ORLY? What were you going to say? *bricked*))

((You know what? I think there is some tension in this conversation. I wonder why.))
Daniel nodded. His mind was really drawing a blank here. "So, are you already slacking off, or is there just nothing for you to do?" Like he was one to talk.
((I was gonna say Daniel is half-cowboy and Lily is a cowgirl.))

((IDUNNOMAYBE.))
"Um... the second option? Someone- Miss Birtwell, I think- has taken care of lunch already and both the..." He stopped for a second, then resumed his sentence at a different point. "Um, anyway, there doesn't seem to be anything for me to do at the moment."
((HAHAHAHAahem. Did Jacqui even bother to check who was doing lunch? Geez...))

((That reminded me of "What? Maybe!" XD)) "Yes, she is doing lunch. You're not a cook though." Daniel tilted his head slightly to the side. He still, despite having been given an explanation, wasn't sure what the heck a butler did. So, he couldn't really give any direction. Maybe I should look it up in a dictionary. ((Thomas: *waves unabridged in the air* ))
