"Nom." Aiesha replied. Lily looked upset. Was she okay? Aiesha got up and went back to her original waiting chair. She said softly, "So, are we hired then?"

Lily took her usual seat and put her head in her hands. She exhaled in frustration. "Yes, I'm sure you are." She sat up straight. "You are excused for now. We're having a little... trouble at the moment. But we'll disscuss the specifics later, as Mr. Remmington said. For now... Why don't you go talk to Bonnie. She's another maid. I'm pretty sure she's in the library." Lily did her best to smile, but she was still angry. And annoyed. And upset.

"Alright." Aiesha stood and smoothed out her skirt. Lily still looked sad, but maybe she just wanted to be alone. She had to respect that. She gave the receptionist a wave, grabbed her bag, and headed off to the cafeteria. She'd go say hi to Oliver before she went to meet this Bonnie person. She subconciously brushed her hand against her hip to make sure her camera was still there. It was.

Kat fidgeted for no reason whatsoever. "Excuse me..." she muttered, "Can I.....ask something?"

(((once again, Kat gets interrupted. AGAIN.)))
Oliver quickly walked up to the front desk without saying a word. He handed a sandwich to Riv, Kat, and Lily. Then he picked up his suitcase (that he left at one of the waiting chairs....) and faced the front desk, not knowing that Lily was talking to Kat. "Excuse me, I heard from Aiesha. I am aware that I am hired, but..... what should I do now?" After the "but", Oliver was reminded of the fact that he was not sure what job he was assigned to.

Lily tried to remember what job he wanted, but remember that he had asked for one of two. And she really didn't want to go back and ask Daniel which one do give. And she didn't want to decide for herself, lest she make another wrong decision. And she doubted it would do the boy any good to go talk to Daniel himself. "You can do whatever you want for now. I suppose you'll begin work tomorrow. Be here at 9 for the staff meeting tonight, though. Okay? And thanks for the sandwich." She hadn't realized how hungry she had been. She took a bite and checked on the files Aiesha, Riv, and Oliver had made in place of her while she was gone.

"No problem. So I'll be here at 9 then. Thank you", said Oliver. He picked up his suitcase and went out the door. (I guess he just put the sandwiches on Riv and Kat's lap or something XD)

Lily watched Oliver leave and then set about getting back to work. She re-opened files that she had previously had open, but could not let Aiesha, Oliver, or Riv see. Suddenly, she remembered Kat and looked up to see if the girl was still there. She was. Lily stared at her, and, after a short period of silence, inquired "You had a question for me?"

Lily came to the conclusion that Kat was not going to ask her question any time soon. She was an odd one, that was for sure. Lily tore of the front page of her notepad and threw it into the small trashcan beside her desk. Since the Edytha's were aparently leaving today, getting a bunkbed would be pointless. Though she still would like to hear Riv play piano. She smiled at the mental picture.
Lily set about her work once more. Because of what her work entailed, she came across something she wasn't sure she wanted to see. The temptation was great, but that didn't mean she wanted to... She glanced around, just in case someone had snuck up behind her to look at her computer screen, which she wasn't sure why anyone would do. She opened a drawer, pulled a set of earphones out, and plugged them in. She bit her lip and hoped this wouldn't be too bad. In fact, she had a feeling her mind was over thinking the subject.
